What happens after I send my resume?
You will receive a follow up response to your resume shortly after your submittal. Your first contact with AEG will be with one of our staffing specialists. We will first speak with you on the phone to understand your background and what you are looking to do. If it appears that we are a good fit for each other, a meeting will be scheduled to further discuss your strengths, career goals and our available positions. Technical evaluations may be given at this time to gauge your level of technical proficiency. We will then go over any available positions that meet your requirements and background and, with your permission, submit your resume to our client(s) for consideration. Concurrently, your professional references will be contacted to more fully understand your background and skills. As soon as we have feedback on that particular position (or as soon as we have new positions), we will contact you.
